Young people need us now more than ever
Thank you for getting involved. With your support we can continue to provide free counselling to the growing numbers of 13 – 25 year olds in and around St Albans who need a confidential space to talk about their worries. At Youth Talk, we know that the pandemic has had lasting psychological effects on our local young people. Many are now struggling with the worsening uncertainty surrounding the cost-of-living crisis. While we’re able to provide 80-100 counselling sessions a week, demand for our service continues to climb, with the number of young people waiting for our help reaching its highest to date.
We must be there during this critical time of need. We can’t do it alone. With your support we can achieve our five year strategy, double our service provision and help transform lives together.
