Youth Talk are delighted to announce our new corporate partnership with local estate agents Heartwood Homes.
Heartwood Homes is a St Albans based, independent, family-run estate agent who are experts in property that know and love our City. As a local company they have committed to making a donation to Youth Talk with every house sold. Each donation will help us to provide additional counselling sessions for our local young people. Heartwood Homes are also eager to support our campaigns and events over the coming year.

We came across Youth Talk by chance earlier this year and were immediately impressed by the valuable service that is being offered to our local 13-25 year olds. The passion and ambition of the team at Youth Talk is infectious and from our first meeting we felt compelled to not just donate but also be actively involved in their journey. We look forward to working with them on projects throughout the year.”
Heartwood Homes’ approach is to build relationships by giving advice and support to the local community without expecting anything in return. Being locals and parents themselves, they were especially keen to find a way of supporting the younger generation by giving a portion of their proceeds to Youth Talk they are doing exactly that.
At Youth Talk, we firmly believe that the community is at the heart of our charity and will help us in our mission to provide the best possible mental health service for the young people in St Albans. This partnership is just one example of how Youth Talk continue to seek out new income streams from likeminded individuals and organisations.
