Ongoing recruitment – Qualified Psychodynamic Counsellors
We are looking for qualified Psychodynamic Counsellors or Psychotherapists with experience and a proven interest in working with young people from the ages of 13-25. Currently we have availability on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays
What we offer:
- A minimum of 6 hours counselling per week
- Opportunities for longer term work with clients, and groups
- Free group and 1:1 supervision

- Weekly Clinical Team Meetings (Thursday 1.30pm)
- A programme of CPD
- Great working environment in our counselling centre in St Albans
- £30 per session for 6-8 young people (£32.50 per session for taking 9+ young people)
We ask that you are:
BACP (or equivalent e.g. ACP or HCPC registration) recognised Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling / Psychotherapy
Be Accredited (or working towards Accreditation)
Experience of working with children/young people (at least 1 years’ experience of working with adolescents – ages 13-18.
Able to undertake a minimum of 6 sessions per week between 4pm – 7pm (or on a Saturday)
