Spring has sprung and our supporters have been working hard to raise money in support of local young people.

21 year old Liam came to Youth Talk struggling with depression after experiencing a traumatic childhood. His counsellor taught him how to come to terms with his emotions and cope with his triggers. This is his story.

It's so important that we normalise talking about our mental health so that more young people struggling can come forward when they need support.
