Youth Talk's clinical supervisors play a vital role at Youth Talk. We sat down with Margaret - one of our long-term supervisors - to learn a little bit more about her responsibilities, and what she likes to do for fun!

Last month, Team Youth Talk woke up early and braved the heat during the St Albans Half Marathon. Our volunteers embraced the event along with runners and walkers who put their training to the test to raise money in aid of the local young people we support.

21 year old Liam came to Youth Talk struggling with depression after experiencing a traumatic childhood. His counsellor taught him how to come to terms with his emotions and cope with his triggers. This is his story.

It's so important that we normalise talking about our mental health so that more young people struggling can come forward when they need support.
