This year's theme for Mental Health Awareness Week is anxiety. It's so important that we normalise talking about our mental health so that more young people struggling can come forward when they need support. Join Youth Talk's awareness campaign and help us spread the importance of looking after your mental health.

Youth Talk's community appeal for our new home has never been more urgent if we are to support the growing number of young people who need our help. We met with our Youth Panel to discuss the move and ask them some questions. This is what they said!
